Key Responsibilities

  • •Own execution of the full training program lifecycle, including gap analysis, content development, field delivery, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • •Build and maintain training calendars, deployment schedules, certification cycles, and site-visit cadence; manage operational readiness.
  • •Define and execute a blended learning strategy combining online training in Workday/Carli and offline OTJ training.
  • •Serve as the primary bridge between Instructional Designers and site-level Associate Directors/General Managers to ensure alignment before rollouts.
  • •Monitor standard work adherence through validation and progress/productivity metrics; partner with Analytics on reporting and lead remediation plans for underperforming sites.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in training program management, human capital, learning and development, operations, or a related field.
  • •Experience designing and running training programs at scale, ensuring delivery consistency across a distributed footprint.
  • •Ability to develop training needs assessments, training strategies, and training plans with business stakeholders.
  • •Strong data literacy to interpret standard work results, certification completion funnels, ramp rates, and quality miss rates.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25% and strong written/verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
