Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive cost-specific projects and collaborate with teams to connect initiatives to the BIC cost plan.
  • •Create, maintain, and track strategic roadmaps with key cost metrics against the latest BIC targets.
  • •Provide periodic program and project performance updates with communication across functional groups.
  • •Manage program changes across scope, plan, and business rules, policies, and procedures.
  • •Represent the site within the Frontend SPMO network, support benchmarking, and ensure projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science disciplines.
  • •2+ years of experience in front-end fab engineering environments (IE, PIE, PEE, or ME), Business Analyst, Management, or Finance.
  • •Strong analytical skills to summarize complex information clearly.
  • •Proven program and project management capability with excellent project/time management and priority setting.
  • •Experience understanding manufacturing and engineering processes and systems, with preference for working with global teams.
