Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Operations, Trade Support, and Technology to understand business needs and produce structured requirements documentation.
  • •Translate operational workflows and business logic into functional and technical specifications for Technology teams.
  • •Conduct in-depth data analysis across asset classes to surface insights, identify process gaps, and support platform implementations.
  • •Develop and maintain lightweight Python/SQL automations and LLM-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort on the desk.
  • •Prototype, pilot, and iterate on AI-assisted tools end to end, including monitoring, troubleshooting, controls, and documentation for handoff to Technology.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1–5 years of hands-on business analysis or operations experience in financial services, ideally fund operations/trade support at an investment bank, hedge fund, or buy-side firm.
  • •Produce high-quality requirements documentation and work directly with Technology teams through the SDLC.
  • •Hands-on experience using LLMs such as Claude and/or ChatGPT to build real workflows (prompt design/workflow automation).
  • •Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle across Equity, Fixed Income, Futures, OTC Derivatives, and FX, including reconciliations, settlements, confirmations, and corporate actions.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data analysis and process automation.
