Own FP&A, performance steering, and Controlling for Glovo Portugal, advising the General Manager and driving a full P&L from revenue levers to cost optimization. Lead budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance reviews while proactively identifying financial, compliance, and business risks. Build business cases, scenario analysis, and predictive models, oversee treasury/accounting needs, and improve finance operations in collaboration with central teams and shared service centers.
