Key Responsibilities

  • •Review executed contracts and create customers, deals, and incentives in the Mastercard Contra Revenue System (CRS).
  • •Perform timely, accurate close of the CRS sub-ledger and Oracle general ledger, including creation and review of journal entries.
  • •Identify and prepare manual journal entries based on close results, trends, and actual vs. budget/forecast analysis.
  • •Prepare and review general ledger account reconciliations and perform detailed review of rebate and incentive payment requests, including driver data validation.
  • •Support SOX control compliance, partner with financial systems on CRS requirements, and recommend process improvements for accounting operational efficiency and quality.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA/CA (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of US GAAP and current accounting concepts.
  • •Robust understanding of financial/ERP systems, preferably direct experience with Oracle.
  • •Prior revenue, contra revenue, and/or contract management experience (preferred).
  • •Prior experience in significant process improvement projects with strong communication and customer service skills.
