Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a strategic partner to internal teams on product risk issues, advising during development and review.
•Identify emerging areas of product risk and support product communications messaging to address them.
•Provide strategic counsel during product risk reviews and support product rollout plans.
•Support product communications to build and evolve TikTok’s product safety narrative through messaging documents and public materials.
•Work with PR teams to provide clear, consistent resources to address questions about product development and product safety.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in tech, safety, or policy environments.
•Translate complex or technical issues into clear risk analysis.
•Experience working with product, legal, and public policy teams on risk or incident-related matters.
•Strong analytical judgment to assess reputational risk and advise accordingly.
•Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset in fast-changing environments.
