Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute communications strategies aligned to EM South business priorities.
  • •Partner with GM and SLT to provide communications support, guidance, and messaging recommendations.
  • •Lead internal communications plans covering major sports events and sponsorship activations, key campaigns and product launches, quarterly results and AEMs, and HR initiatives.
  • •Support selected external corporate communications initiatives, building relationships with media and external stakeholders and aligning corporate relations engagements with corporate messaging.
  • •Support crisis and change communications planning and response, maintaining crisis communications frameworks and delivering timely communications during high-impact situations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • •7-10 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, brand communications, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and supporting leadership communications.
  • •Strong media relations experience and understanding of the communications landscape.
  • •Experience supporting crisis communications and reputation management.
