•Advise and collaborate with creative, business, and legal teams on trademark, copyright, domain name, and related IP matters
•Handle trademark and nomenclature clearance for client businesses and strategic initiatives
•Support prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and other IP assets domestically and internationally
•Analyze development, production, and distribution agreements, including advising on copyright and production rights for current and library properties
•Conduct IP-related due diligence and advise on contractual terms for transactions such as licenses, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures

Key Requirements

•2+ years (Associate Counsel) or 4+ years (Counsel) in trademark or intellectual property work in a law firm or comparable corporate setting
•JD or LLM from an accredited law school
•Must be in good standing with the California State Bar, or another U.S. State Bar eligible to register as in-house counsel in California
•Strong academic credentials and ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues
•Excellent communication, organizational skills, and business judgment in a fast-paced environment
