  • •Advise and collaborate with creative, business, and legal teams on trademark, copyright, domain name, and related IP matters
  • •Handle trademark and nomenclature clearance for client businesses and strategic initiatives
  • •Support prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and other IP assets domestically and internationally
  • •Analyze development, production, and distribution agreements, including advising on copyright and production rights for current and library properties
  • •Conduct IP-related due diligence and advise on contractual terms for transactions such as licenses, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years (Associate Counsel) or 4+ years (Counsel) in trademark or intellectual property work in a law firm or comparable corporate setting
  • •JD or LLM from an accredited law school
  • •Must be in good standing with the California State Bar, or another U.S. State Bar eligible to register as in-house counsel in California
  • •Strong academic credentials and ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues
  • •Excellent communication, organizational skills, and business judgment in a fast-paced environment
