Job Summary

Develop and validate aeroacoustic and fluid-dynamics designs for cabin air pressure and airflow systems. Translate customer specifications into design activities, build calculation models, and run complex acoustic and flow-physics simulations. Continuously improve simulation methods and collaborate closely with mechanical design, systems development, calculation, and test teams. Support planning and execution of validation tests, and present results to customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design responsibility for the fluid-dynamic and related acoustic configuration of blowers, heaters, and valves for cabin pressure and air distribution.
•Review customer specifications and derive the required design activities.
•Create calculation models and perform complex acoustic and fluid-mechanics simulations.
•Develop and adapt simulation methods.
•Work closely with mechanical design, systems development, calculation, and test teams; support and conduct validation tests and communicate results with customers.

Key Requirements

•Completed diploma or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, physics, or a comparable field focused on fluid acoustics and fluid dynamics.
•At least 3 years of professional experience in acoustic and fluid-mechanics simulations.
•Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
•Independent and systematic working style with the ability to solve complex problems.
•Strong organizational skills, self-reliance, and teamwork ability.
