Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow all manufacturing instructions on the formula batch sheet using proper compounding techniques.
  • •Mill and prepare required materials, calculate supplemental ingredients, and issue materials on SAP via computer/scanner.
  • •Adjust scale for blending to meet batch sheet requirements for box/drum fill and sequence requirements.
  • •Operate and maintain packaging steps, including MTEK vacuum sealing and palletizing finished products in predetermined sequence.
  • •Maintain sanitation of equipment/rooms, label batches for lab evaluation, and use FIFO inventory lot rotation.
