Senior Cost Manager- Real Estate

Senior Cost Manager/Project Quantity Surveyor to join Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate team in Birmingham. You’ll develop and maintain detailed cost plans, conduct cost analysis and forecasting, prepare bills of quantities and tender documents, manage procurement, and perform value engineering. You’ll collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure cost-effective delivery and robust cost control across complex construction projects.
