Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business success from a technology standpoint by managing install base and new product application performance to improve customer satisfaction and identify business risks.
  • •Define, implement, and maintain processes and applications to meet customer current and future productivity and leading-edge technology requirements.
  • •Manage process roadmaps at customer sites and present technology/product roadmaps internally and externally.
  • •Own installed base application performance by optimizing tool utilization, driving local capability/knowledge, and executing continuous improvement plans.
  • •Support new system evaluations, installation, process qualification, and training of local support resources during installation and warranty periods to achieve CPS and best-known performance.
