Job Summary

Perform analysis and reliability (FA & REL) work for process rejects, qualification/evaluation samples, and RMAs, delivering results for final reports. Plan daily/shift FA & REL tasks, ensure handover to the next shift, and provide mentorship to operators. Build, repair, and test equipment and assemblies using test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps. Support audits, lab setup, and workplace 5S/safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and perform Analysis/Reliability jobs for process rejects, qualification/evaluation samples, and RMAs, and provide results for final reports.
•Plan daily/shift FA & REL tasks to ensure timely completion and ensure handover to the next shift.
•Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs for equipment and assemblies; complete documentation.
•Test assemblies using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps; perform repairs or install software to improve processes.
•Support maintenance of tools and machines, maintain workplace 5S and safety requirements, and support internal/external audits and lab setup.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Material/Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (preferred).
•More than 3 years of semiconductor or display experience, or comparable industry/military experience or related technical trainings and certifications.
•Understanding of Reliability Environmental Stress Test requirements, including HTHH, TC, UV & LT test.
•Hands-on FA techniques and experience using analysis instruments such as cross-section, ion-mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB.
•Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision, including performing shift work and supporting overtime when required.
