Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete two rotations across different RSA teams over the 2-year rotational programme to build breadth for future leadership roles.
  • •Support regulatory and scientific activities that help deliver safe, compliant, and commercially relevant food and ingredient solutions.
  • •Interpret regulatory requirements across markets, support claims and certifications, and review technical documentation.
  • •Respond to customer queries and help ensure products meet the right standards in different markets.
  • •Work on strategic projects and cross-functional collaboration with teams such as RD&A, Commercial, Quality, Operations, GBS, and customer-facing teams.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Currently a graduate or soon-to-be graduate with an on-track 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Regulatory Affairs, Food Law, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
  • •Fluent in English and ideally another language.
  • •Curious and detail-focused, with interest in how science and regulation help bring safe, compliant products to market.
  • •Able to work confidently with technical information—interpreting, organising, and communicating complex details clearly.
  • •Eligible to work permanently in Europe, and open to travel and relocation as part of the programme.
