Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in month-end closing and operational forecasting in accordance with US GAAP, supporting compliance and audits.
  • •Analyze financial data and operations performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas; prepare variance analysis commentary for management.
  • •Perform monthly analysis of P&L accounts, review and resolve variances, and maintain operational reporting through streamlined segmentation and visualizations.
  • •Manage fixed assets, support capital appropriation requests (CARs), track open capital projects, and support the annual profit plan consolidation.
  • •Support audits (internal, external, CSC, and SOX), inventory control actions (including annual physical inventory), and contribute to Rapid Improvement Events and gemba walks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
