Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow company EHS rules, participate in EHS training, support maintenance teams with EHS requirements, and help maintain 5S at the site.
  • •Handle tank truck unloading, operate production lines, and assist with finished-product packaging and shipping.
  • •Execute and verify safety measures for repair preparation, including energy isolation, pipeline flushing, and equipment cleaning, in line with work permits.
  • •Prepare for production line start/stop, perform process adjustments, clean equipment, support product sampling and analysis, and maintain production records.
  • •Conduct routine site patrols to ensure safe and stable operation; execute emergency shutdown procedures when needed; report hazards/equipment issues/production fluctuations and help with failure analysis and correction of quality deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Safety-focused mindset with chemical operation experience and familiarity with work permit systems.
  • •Chemical production process knowledge, including ability to operate PLC and DCS.
  • •Chemical technical secondary education (化工中专) and 2+ years of related experience in a chemical plant.
  • •Experience with tank truck / rail tank unloading and forklift driving preferred.
  • •Ability to handle emergencies and solve problems.
