Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Cost/commercial management of water projects and delivery across the project lifecycle.
  • •Participate in appropriate meetings, contributing to cost reports, and procurement strategies.
  • •Post-contract commercial management and administration, including NEC contract administration and on-site delivery.
  • •Client-side cost management including stakeholder, risk, and contract management.
  • •Develop strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members, and support business development opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Infrastructure cost/commercial management experience (Water industry experience desirable).
  • •Knowledge and understanding of NEC suite of contracts, particularly PSC and ECC.
  • •Experience of working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
  • •Good communication and organisational skills.
  • •Relationship building skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders.
