Job Summary

Partner with business leaders and employees to deliver core HR services and enhance employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll manage employee relations inquiries, support onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate hiring logistics with Talent Acquisition. The role also includes coaching managers on performance practices, administering HR programs for compliance, maintaining HRIS data and reporting, and contributing to training, DEI, and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned teams, providing guidance on policies, performance management, and employee development.
•Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, promotions, and internal mobility.
•Handle employee relations by conducting preliminary inquiries, escalating as appropriate, and recommending policy-aligned resolutions.
•Partner with Talent Acquisition to coordinate hiring logistics, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
•Administer HR programs, maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate reports, and support training, DEI, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
•2+ years of HR generalist, people operations, or employee relations experience in a fast-paced environment.
•Working knowledge of employment law basics, HR best practices, and performance management processes.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to build credibility and influence across levels.
•Experience using HRIS systems and common productivity tools, with comfort learning new systems and processes.
