Key Responsibilities

•Manage goal-setting processes and closely monitor progress, promptly addressing deviations with leadership.
•Define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and conduct research to develop informed perspectives and recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
•Ensure every employee has access to the right information at the right time to support better decisions and leadership clarity; help plan and build content for All-hands and offsites.
•Partner with leaders across the organization to implement the company-wide operating system and foster continuous improvements, including knowledge sharing and remote-work practices; become a Notion expert and help maintain the Single Source of Truth (SSOT).
•Roll up your sleeves and assist wherever there is a critical need in the organization.

Key Requirements

•3-6 years of experience in management consulting, technology investment banking, venture capital, and/or startup operations, with the role based in the US or Canada.
•Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills, proactiveness and rigor in your work.
•Strong stakeholder management skills with clear written and verbal communication to senior leadership.
•Analytical thinker with a track record of using data to inform business decisions.
•Proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
