Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle PR-PO end-to-end procurement for requests mainly in Japan/Korea, including purchase orders, delivery performance follow-up, reconciliations, bidding, contract negotiation, and invoice/payment processing.
  • •Perform small-value procurement, including small-scale tenders, supplier selection, and price rationality analysis with contract negotiation.
  • •Manage operational procurement strategy, including SOP create/update, BPO trainings, and SLA monitoring.
  • •Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to procurement policies and provide compliance/process guidance to users and suppliers.
  • •Track and resolve day-to-day P2P issues and drive process improvements using regional procurement metrics, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above, with preferred majors in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in Japanese and English to communicate with Japanese vendors and global stakeholders.
  • •Strong work ethics and impeccable business integrity.
  • •Preferred: experience with procurement processes and control points, including procure-to-pay familiarity.
