Key Responsibilities

  • •Turn ambiguous operational problems into production backend services from conception through deployment, including routing, approvals, notifications, reporting, provisioning, and workflow automation.
  • •Build and maintain the internal data layer by integrating heterogeneous systems of record into a coherent, reliable, queryable account and interaction model.
  • •Design agent workflows that run unattended for research, enrichment, drafting, summarization, data entry, and systems hygiene, with evals, guardrails, and monitoring.
  • •Automate the customer lifecycle by building provisioning, onboarding, and account setup systems to prevent implementation bottlenecks as the customer base grows.
  • •Create secure, compliant integrations for internal and enterprise data, and instrument shipped work with real metrics (hours returned, error rates, cycle time) to retire what doesn’t perform.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 275,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.
  • •2+ years of professional backend software engineering experience shipping and operating production systems end to end.
  • •Strong TypeScript for backend services and APIs; working proficiency in Java or Python is a plus.
  • •Hands-on deployment and operation of production services on GCP (or equivalent cloud).
  • •Strong relational database and SQL skills, including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling; plus production LLM/agent workflow experience (prompting, tool/function calling, retrieval, evals/guardrails).
