Originate residential first mortgage loans for outside referrals and own the process from application through closing. Build and maintain realtor/builder and professional contact referrals, apply lender guidelines and federal lending regulations, and manage the loan pipeline while providing timely updates to branches and applicants. Use systems such as Loan Prospector and LOMAS to communicate, access rates and credit reports, transmit loan packages, and complete required management reports. Ensure compliance and risk accountability throughout.
