Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level, confidential secretarial and administrative support to managers.
  • •Manage diaries: schedule appointments and coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, including monitoring and alerting on changes.
  • •Screen and respond to incoming calls and mail, redirecting to appropriate individuals when needed.
  • •Maintain filing systems and manage department/section attendance, leave records, and overtime claims with required approvals.

Key Requirements
