Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, testability, and completeness for QA deliverables
  • •Create, update, and maintain test scripts, test cases, and QA documentation; lead documentation efforts for QA activities
  • •Perform daily smoke tests and various testing levels (smoke, sanity, functional, regression) to ensure build stability
  • •Lead the QA portion of planning, backlog refinement, and sprint ceremonies; define release/acceptance criteria for deliverables
  • •Identify and raise risks and blockers in a timely manner and drive quality improvements across the live environment

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of gaming/software testing experience, including LiveOps and setting up/configuring events
  • •Experience working with Agile development teams and ability to communicate complex information across teams
  • •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced live environment
  • •Knowledge of game/software development frameworks, milestone requirements, and QA deliverables at each stage
  • •Familiarity with test case management and ability to create/maintain test scripts, plans, and documentation
