Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of Delivery Executive and Project Management experience as a Project Manager (Leads or Senior Business Analyst roles do not qualify).
  • •Proven success managing large-scale healthcare payer implementations or operational programs.
  • •Strong knowledge of health plan functions such as claims, provider networks, utilization management, member services, and benefits/integrations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex dependencies across technology and business operations.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar); Bachelor’s degree in a related field and PMP strongly preferred.
