Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze, assess, and formally accept Jigs and Tools (J&T) requests.
  • •Provide technical leadership and govern suppliers, including technical down-selections and performance follow-up.
  • •Create MFT documentation, validate Design and Manufacturing Data Sets, and orchestrate Manufacturing Acceptance with Plant/FAL Quality Assurance.
  • •Define tool lifecycle strategy for maintenance, training, recertification, and re-calibration.
  • •Develop innovative J&T solutions for new projects, R&T initiatives, and industrial transfers, and ensure compliant tooling handover to Operations.
