Job Summary

Lead the sales floor at a Reformation store to help achieve individual store goals. Coach and inspire sales associates to generate clientele, maximize retention, and deliver an excellent customer experience with a customer-first mindset. Support a technology-led in-store experience, maintain NPS feedback, and oversee inventory accuracy, metrics, and loss prevention. Report to the Store Manager and manage weekly workflows, onboarding, and training.

•Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
•Lead by example to inspire associates to generate clientele and maximize customer retention through sustained relationships.
•Deliver an excellent in-store customer experience and maintain extraordinary NPS/service evaluation feedback scores.
•Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and monitoring receiving/removal, while tracking BOH fulfillment and mis-pulls.
•Contribute to loss prevention, maintain store operational procedures and weekly workflow, and onboard/coaching/train associates.
