•Use large datasets to derive actionable insights, create data visualizations, and provide strategic recommendations for regional logistics.
•Own rider operations performance in key EU markets by identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and implementing data-backed improvements.
•Collaborate with local and regional logistics teams to drive performance improvements and roll out best practices.
•Lead operational rollouts of new logistics products and features in your markets in alignment with central product teams.
•Support and manage regional projects to optimize rider staffing models, earning structures, and logistics efficiency; improve forecasting accuracy with growth marketing teams.

•Hands-on mentality with strong logical thinking and ability to drive impact through data-driven decisions.
•Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) and a mindset of ownership/accountability.
