Job Summary

Join the Haywards Heath team as a Refuse and Recycling HGV Driver, delivering pre-planned waste and recycling collections to local residents and businesses. Key Responsibilities

•Complete a pre-planned route as the driver with your team of loaders, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
•Be the public face of Serco in the community.
•Ensure vehicle safety checks are completed and the truck is clean and work ready before setting off.
•Work alongside loaders while driving to help the team get things done quickly and efficiently.
•Provide excellent customer service throughout the round.
