Implementation Manager

Own Benchling customer implementations end-to-end, from kickoff and requirements/design workshops through configuration, testing, UAT, training, and go-live. Use your scientific background and project management skills to translate customers’ R&D workflows into successful rollouts, advise teams on best practices, and identify account expansion opportunities post-launch. Partner closely with research scientists and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality deployments.
