Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily site operations, including supervision of labor, materials, and equipment movement to adhere to project costs and budgets.
  • •Maintain work quality to minimize reworks and ensure assigned works are completed within scheduled timeframes to company standards.
  • •Monitor and use the latest valid drawings, and coordinate to carry out activities as built for major elements of work.
  • •Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, method statements, Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), and 100% completion by scheduled accomplishment dates.
  • •Enforce safety procedures, report risks to the site engineer, and ensure workers follow HSE procedures during work hours; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant working experience in construction site operations.
  • •Knowledge of project construction scope, objectives, and safety programs.
  • •Occupational health and safety and environmental policy/procedure knowledge.
  • •ERP knowledge with functional skills (preferably SAP).
  • •High School Diploma in any related technical certificates.
