Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide professional customer service within your deployment area for Miele household appliances.
  • •Diagnose and repair faults on Miele home appliances and offer additional service at customers’ homes.
  • •Travel daily with your Miele service vehicle to customer sites.
  • •Apply technical knowledge and maintain a customer-friendly approach in all interactions.
  • •Act as a competent point of contact for customers and, where appropriate, close on-site sales.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed training in an electrical trade (e.g., montage-electrician / electrical installer / automation technician)
  • •Favourable driving license category B (no entry in the police record)
  • •Fluent German and good IT skills
  • •Enjoy daily customer contact
  • •Residence within the catchment area (Meilen, Stäfa)
