Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage statutory requirements for a portfolio of Luxembourg (and other jurisdictions) entities with supervision.
  • •Maintain statutory books and regulatory filings for assigned client portfolios.
  • •Organise, prepare agendas for, and attend client board/investor/committee meetings; produce minutes and action points with follow-up.
  • •Review corporate documentation (e.g., articles, agreements, prospectus, financial statements, service level agreements) from a corporate secretarial perspective.
  • •Liaise with clients and external parties (regulators, lawyers, notaries, embassies) and manage day-to-day risks, escalating as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •University qualification.
  • •In-depth experience working in a Luxembourg corporate environment.
  • •Fluent in English; French and/or German advantageous.
  • •Strong drafting skills in English.
  • •Good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law (Laws of 1915) and experience attending board meetings to take minutes under tight timelines.
