  • •Scope and lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives (country expansions, M&A integrations, plan redesigns) by identifying stakeholders and selecting approaches.
  • •Own global vendor and broker relationships, including renewal negotiations and partner accountability for cost and service commitments.
