Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and offer a range of deposit, lending, and related products including certificates of deposit and home equity/unsecured lending.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and internal line-of-business partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
