Key Responsibilities

  • •Own AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced Cohere pipeline by activating AWS field sales and technical teams to select and deploy Cohere.
  • •Define and execute Cohere’s partner go-to-market plan for the enterprise market and recruit high-impact partners across integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs, and cloud providers.
  • •Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training, and collaborate on partner enablement through sales and technical workshops.
  • •Drive co-sell motions and joint pipeline generation aligned with Cohere capabilities and enterprise procurement cycles; pursue high-value opportunities.
  • •Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track sourced and influenced ARR targets, and relay partner feedback to Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
