Job Summary

Own and grow an AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced pipeline for Cohere’s enterprise AI solutions. Define and execute partner go-to-market plans, recruit and onboard system integrators, cloud providers, ISVs, and resellers, and drive co-sell motions and joint pipeline generation. Lead enablement, run QBRs tracking sourced/influenced ARR, advocate for partner feedback across teams, and evangelize responsible GenAI at events while navigating AI policy and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Own AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced Cohere pipeline by activating AWS field sales and technical teams to select and deploy Cohere.
•Define and execute Cohere’s partner go-to-market plan for the enterprise market and recruit high-impact partners across integrators, distributors, resellers, ISVs, and cloud providers.
•Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training, and collaborate on partner enablement through sales and technical workshops.
•Drive co-sell motions and joint pipeline generation aligned with Cohere capabilities and enterprise procurement cycles; pursue high-value opportunities.
•Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track sourced and influenced ARR targets, and relay partner feedback to Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management in the tech industry, preferably in AI or cloud solutions, with a track record of enterprise ARR contribution.
•Deep understanding of the enterprise market and key industry verticals.
•Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving partner success.
•Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes, including AI ethics and government policies.
•Working understanding of AI (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows).
