Job Summary

Join the retail banking team as a Float Personal Banker Associate I, completing a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service. Use consultative selling and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and drive cross-selling. Schedule periodic financial reviews using CAMP and marketing tools, support business partner referrals, and meet customer experience and production goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events as directed.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff, including referring customers to business partners when appropriate.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to complete S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment.
