Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers, identify their needs, and provide product information, recommendations, and alternatives to drive cross-selling and upselling.
  • •Maintain in-depth knowledge of the store’s product range, promotions, and brand initiatives, and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • •Achieve individual and store-level sales targets (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • •Support store operations including visual merchandising, cleanliness and fitting room standards, receiving, price tagging, storage, and stock replenishment.
  • •Operate the POS system for transactions, returns, and exchanges, handle cash/card processing per policy, and assist with stock takes and inventory audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in premium retail, marine, sports, or lifestyle environments.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a confident, proactive approach to selling.
  • •Ability to learn products quickly and build knowledge of marine and leisure products to recommend the right options.
  • •Basic knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and retail store operations.
  • •Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts; fluency in English is an advantage.
