Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver core service user support services under the AASC contract within the area.
  • •Complete monthly property inspections (and further inspections as required) to ensure contractual standards and highlight required maintenance.
  • •Provide welfare support, signposting, inductions for new service users, and respond to requests/assistance via AIRE Services.
  • •Manage incidents raised by AIRE Services, including reporting and actioning as required by field operations management.
  • •Maintain safety and compliance: manage access for suppliers/visitors, run daily operations (e.g., registers/post/reception), and handle CCTV monitoring and emergency procedures.
