Key Responsibilities

  • •Support audit/review processes by completing checklists and sign-offs within agreed timescales.
  • •Acquire and maintain broad understanding of Traditional NAV processes and monitor market regulatory developments impacting daily NAV processes.
  • •Assist in devising and analyzing MI requirements/processes to reflect business activities and track team performance across markets.
  • •Review NAV packs to meet productivity and quality targets, ensuring business objectives and customer SLA achievement.
  • •Drive quality campaigns and initiatives, proactively identify and resolve problem situations, and act as first escalation point for business improvement and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or qualifications to the accounting/finance industry.
  • •3–5 years of relevant funds administration experience.
  • •Complete understanding of Trade Life Cycle and excellent knowledge of Capital Markets and financial instruments.
  • •Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and the NAV calculation process, including the E2E fund accounting model.
  • •Working knowledge of IMS, Multifonds, ICON, and experience with Bloomberg and/or Reuters.
