•Lead and maintain visual merchandising standards across a regional fleet of stores to ensure consistent brand execution.
•Serve as a hands-on field leader supporting floor sets, seasonal transitions, mannequin styling, product placement, and day-to-day visual execution.
•Partner with store teams to identify opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and drive immediate executional excellence on the sales floor.
•Coach, mentor, and develop Visual Merchandisers through consistent feedback, training, and in-store partnership.
•Analyze sales performance, product trends, and customer behavior to make strategic visual recommendations and adapt presentation to product flow and assortment shifts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,210 - 115,000 annually

•Strong coaching, talent development, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
