Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests in a friendly manner and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items, deliver orders promptly, and prioritize/organize drink orders.
  • •Prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications while following control systems.
  • •Monitor alcohol service responsibly by refusing further service to intoxicated guests, checking IDs (under age 30), and escalating to a manager as needed.
  • •Handle bar operations including opening/running/closing duties, recording equipment failures/safety hazards, and processing guest checks and payments (including bartender bank, cash pull, Comp/Spill checks).

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent) and state/county licensee/certification requirement, as applicable.
  • •Ability to work late hours and follow a flexible schedule.
  • •Cash handling experience and comfort processing payments/guest checks.
  • •Physically able to lift or move up to 25 lbs and pass a pour test and timed mixology drill.
  • •Skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork, including dealing with intoxicated guests safely and courteously.
