Key Responsibilities

  • •Use powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment to process orders and support warehouse operations as directed by management.
  • •Process orders and meet company safety, production, and service level standards, including proper work attire and reporting safety violations.
  • •Operate RF terminals in support of company operating systems and inventory control procedures while following OSHA, state, and company policies.
  • •Maintain regular and acceptable attendance, work designated shifts and overtime, and respond proactively to leadership and shift coordinators.
  • •Cross-train in other non-equipment operator classifications and assist Maintenance as needed on projects requiring motorized material handling equipment support.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to attain required certification for safe operation of material handling equipment and battery changing procedures.
  • •Valid Drivers’ License with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • •Familiarity with distribution picking, packing, put-away, and replenishment procedures.
  • •Previous experience operating equipment in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • •Ability to follow OSHA, state, and company safety rules, including using required safety harness/lanyard and proper work attire.
