Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and present the driving range, short game area, members range, golf carts, bag drop, bag storage, and cartwell.
  • •Maintain smart, professional appearance per company dress standards and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
  • •Manage member and guest expectations (e.g., lateness, no shows, squeeze-in tee times, and special requirements).
  • •Ensure range balls are available, washed after each pick, and properly maintained; secure machines after duty hours.
  • •Assist with transporting golf bags by assigning range bays and providing golf carts; perform delegated tasks from supervisors.
