Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide wing-to-wing customer project management for non-supervisory roles to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop an operational annual plan for department activities and propose improvements to products, processes, and procedures.
  • •Review and clarify customer commercial orders, load order details into the ERP system, and manage milestone tracking progress.
  • •Coordinate witness requests and shipment arrangements, supporting booking and shipment planning.
  • •Manage project and customer documents, handle milestone payments, resolve disputes, and collect accounts receivable on time.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with major in Mechanical Engineering, Business English/International Trade, etc.
