Job Summary

Perform complex, technical maintenance to keep plant equipment and tooling running reliably, including diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, or structural systems. Oversee daily scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work, apply preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and EHS compliance. Lead standardization and continuous improvement using maintenance and management systems (ERP/MES/TPM, MTBF/MTTR, OEE), support IQ/OQ/PQ validation documentation, and coordinate with production/quality teams and external contractors.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform complex technical maintenance tasks to address equipment and operational challenges.
•Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure scheduled and unscheduled tasks are executed efficiently.
•Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or structural systems and perform preventative maintenance.
•Create and maintain maintenance work procedures covering safety, quality, and job activities.
•Support EHS improvement, continuous improvement, and validation/document collection (IQ/OQ/PQ) while coordinating with production/process/quality teams and external contractors or vendors.

Key Requirements

•Secondary vocational school degree or above with a mechanical background.
•At least 8 years of maintenance and manufacturing company experience (and above 10 years).
•Ability to understand basic drawings (mechanical and electrical).
•At least a low voltage permit.
•Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with line building/optimization and maintenance standardization/continuous improvement.
