Own and drive digital channel products for retail and micro-business banking, from assessing opportunities and implementing enhancements across internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, and digital TV to managing onboarding, usage, migration, and service failures. Track digital channel KPIs and revenue, ensure regulatory compliance (including ISO 9001) and risk/compliance reporting, and lead the team’s delivery, continuous improvement, and customer service standards.

•Develop and implement digital channel enhancements across internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, and digital TV to expand service offerings.
•Own digital channel onboarding, usage, and migration programs; resolve service failures quickly and monitor usage and revenue KPIs.
•Ensure compliance and quality certification retention (including ISO 9001 for internet/mobile banking and product development) and support timely risk/compliance reporting.
•Lead people management activities for self and team, organizing work to deliver targets, objectives, and the business plan.
•Implement departmental policies, processes, and procedures; drive continuous improvement and deliver ADCB service standards in customer interactions.
