  • •Build and evolve career frameworks defining capability at each level and partner with leaders and People Partners to drive adoption.
  • •Analyze people and organizational data (attrition, leveling distribution, span/layer, capability gaps) to identify opportunities and determine priorities.
  • •Apply job architecture and leveling expertise to an AI-reshaped workforce and how augmentation shifts expertise definitions.
  • •Own talent and org development programs end-to-end, including rollout, facilitation, and iteration.

Salary: USD 146,500 - 171,000

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, job architecture, or management consulting.
  • •Built job architecture, leveling frameworks, or career ladders from scratch at a company of meaningful scale.
  • •Can analyze organizational data and form a clear, defensible point of view on implications and next steps.
  • •Comfortable discussing job analysis, leveling methodology, and organizational design with rigor.
  • •Formal training in industrial-organizational psychology is a plus.
