Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business unit leadership and field sales to enhance Public Sector go-to-market and sales strategies.
  • •Educate field sales on customer buying patterns and develop strategies to accelerate opportunity development to closure.
  • •Provide leadership for creative sales campaigns, programs, and sales content while ensuring consistent themes and messaging.
  • •Drive creation of product and market-specific content aligned to regulatory cycles and funding programs, supporting lead generation and customer success stories.
  • •Analyze buyer behavior and policy drivers and use competitor insights to develop differentiation strategies; support PR, analyst, social media activities, and public speaking.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in healthcare and healthcare technology, including minimum 10 years in the Public Sector Healthcare domain across multiple functional areas.
  • •Deep subject matter expertise in healthcare policy focused on fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) prevention, detection, program integrity, and cost containment.
  • •Cross-agency expertise across state and federal healthcare, including work involving SNAP, taxation, and regulatory environments.
  • •Experience advising on statewide enterprise initiatives involving data interoperability, data sharing, data analysis, and policy-driven program oversight.
  • •Strong compliance and government accountability knowledge, including improper payment prevention/recovery and eligibility verification/identity validation programs.
