•Achieve new and used motorcycle sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager; use floor time to meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products.
•Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits; cross-sell parts, accessories, F&I products, warranties and service contracts while maintaining profit margins.
•Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork; introduce new customers to Service, Parts, General Merchandise, and F&I departments.
•Greet customers promptly and courteously; qualify customer needs, conduct road tests and pre-delivery inspections; ensure the delivery is a positive event and build customer satisfaction.
•Maintain floor stock daily to keep vehicles clean and polished; stay current with sales techniques, attend trainings, and cultivate prospects.
